Money accounts
As many accounts as you need, cash box or bank, in dinar or euro. Each gets a permanent account number and its identifier; the balance is derived from the operations.
Four operations
Income, expense, transfer between two accounts, and exchange. Every entry carries its date, reason and note; reasons already used come back as suggestions.
Rate-checked exchange
You enter the agreed rate and the amount actually received: the app computes the gap and tells you whether it adds up, falls short or exceeds. The day’s rate can be fetched automatically.
Cards & subscriptions
Your cards (Visa, Dahabiya, Mastercard) tied to an account, with the subscriptions paid on them: amount, monthly or yearly term, next date and total monthly commitment.
Payment records
Every operation can carry its payment method — cash, cheque or transfer — and the number of the matching receipt, cheque or transfer.
Lock and local data
Database stored on the phone, protected by a passcode if you enable it. No user account, no server, nothing to revoke remotely.
The suite’s crossroads
The other Celestial apps push their money movements to Fonds, locally. An entry never arrives twice, and disconnecting erases nothing already received.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes, entirely. The data lives in a database on the phone. Internet serves one optional purpose: fetching the day’s exchange rate. With no network you enter the rate yourself and everything else behaves identically.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no online password and no synchronisation to a server. You can enable a passcode to lock the app on opening.
Which currencies are handled?
The Algerian dinar and the euro. Each account holds a single currency, and moving between them goes through an exchange operation, with the agreed rate and the amount actually received.
Can Fonds be linked to the other Celestial software?
Yes. Fonds is where the suite’s money converges: the other Celestial apps send it their movements locally, over the same network. Received entries are never duplicated, and disconnecting does not delete those already recorded.
Where is the product today?
Celestial Fonds is in its pilot programme: the app works and is at version 1.0.0, but it is deployed with a limited number of users so it can be tuned to their real usage. Write to us if you would like to take part.
