Yes. It works 100% offline on both phone and PC; the two sync with each other over local Wi-Fi, without any cloud.
Which devices does it run on?
Android (APK) and Windows PC (dedicated installer). Field data is entered on the phone; official documents are printed from the PC.
How is the app activated?
You sign in once with the account provided by Celestial — that account is your licence. You then enter the company identity printed on official documents.

How much does it cost?
