From install to the first patient
Seven steps, in order: the practice runs from the front desk to the treatment-room tablets.
Install the hub on the practice front-desk PC with the Windows installer.
Follow the wizard: machine code, licence activation, manager account creation.
Set up the practice identity (printed on prescriptions), users, roles and SMS.
Pair the treatment-room tablets with a code, then sign in with a PIN.
At the front desk, check in arrivals to feed the day’s waiting queue.
At the chair, open the record, log the consultation, odontogram and procedures, print the prescription.
Take payment at the front desk, then close the cash desk in the evening (automatic encrypted backup).
